Post-remodel duct cleaning
Sanding and demolition can send fine dust into open vents. Floors and furniture get cleaned at the end of a project, but the ducts are easy to forget. We remove drywall dust and construction debris from the system.
What is included
- Supply and return ducts in the remodeled area and beyond
- Registers and vent covers
- Removal of debris left at the openings
- A check for vents that were covered, moved or disconnected during the work

When to book it
Schedule the cleaning once the dusty work is finished, so new dust does not get back into the system.
While a remodel is underway, it helps to seal vents in the work area and check your filter often. Your contractor can advise on when the HVAC system should stay off.
Common questions
Should I clean ducts before or after the remodel?
After. Wait until sanding, demolition and other dusty work are done.
Do you work with contractors?
Yes. A contractor or a homeowner can book the cleaning.
