Air duct inspection
We check accessible ductwork for buildup, damage and loose connections, then explain what we found and whether cleaning is actually needed. Sometimes the right answer is a repair, and sometimes it is nothing at all.
What is included
- A look inside accessible ducts and registers
- Checks for loose, torn or disconnected sections
- Rust, moisture marks and other visible damage
- A plain explanation of what we found and your options

Good reasons to book one
You just bought a home, a room gets weak airflow, you found debris at a vent, or another company has quoted a large job and you want a second look.
Rust or water marks point to a moisture issue. Cleaning alone will not solve that, so we will tell you when something else needs attention first.
Common questions
Will you tell me if I do not need cleaning?
Yes. That is the reason for an inspection.
Can you test whether something is mold?
We can show you what we see, but we do not identify mold by looking at it. If you suspect mold, the EPA advises having a sample tested before making decisions.
